Andorid 12, Sqlite Issues, User Preferences Not retaining values

@Leon Lu (Shanghai Wicresoft Co,.Ltd.) have you heard of or know of any issues with Xamarin Android and SQLite. I have a version published out before Android 12 and there are no issues.
After upgrading to Android 12 I am having issues with User Preferences Retaining Values and certain tables retaining values. I am absolutely baffled as to what is going on.
I have tried on VS 2019 and VS 2022. I am not sure if a setting changed or something I need to do....I am at a total loss as to what is going on. No code has changed....all I have done is update to Android 12, update Visual Studio, update Xamarin Forms and Xamarin Essentials. I have tried rolling back Xamarin Forms and Xamarin Essentials, that made no difference.

I am using the following versions:
Xamarin Froms 5.0.0.2401
Xamarin Essentials: 1.7.2
Sqlite-net-pcl: 1.8.116

Android 12 has no change in User Preference and SQLite.

Have you changed the android:targetSdkVersion to Android 12?

Will the error appear in a new project?

Cloud you please the details about the error? It will help us find the real cause.

Thats just it...there is not error.....its exactly what I explained above.....when I save a preference on one tab and go to another tab and GET the preference....its the default preference not the one I just saved.
I can save data in the table...check it after I save....its there. Close the app and start again and the table has the default data in it not the saved data. I am absolutely baffled as to what is going on

I am seeing this in the build log:

Everything worked prior to this upgrade. I have multiple people with that version working just fine. I have changed zero code.

The issue might be caused by missing dependencies.

The latest Xamarin.Forms requires AndroidX, it does not support Android Support package any more.

I will check what you suggested but its something other than that because this is happening on IOS too not just Android.
The only thing I know to do is create a new project and see if I am having the same issues.
As I said, no code has changed, all I have done is upgrade Visual Studio, Xamarin.Forms, Xamarin Essentials, Sqlite-net-pcl and to Android 12.
I have never seen an issue like this it makes zero sense to me.

So I figured out the issue, its an issue with Xamarin Forms.
Say I have a Xamarin Flyout App
Flayout 1 has Tabs A, B and C
Flyout 2 has Tabs D, E and F

In in on the on appearing method on Tab A when the tab loads I set the a bool to Initialized is true
I then navigate to Tab D then back to Tab A. Tab A the Datacontext was not updated and believes it was still not initialized, to it reinitializes again.
If I then navigate back to Tab D and then back to Tab A, the Initialized is now true.
