Your 1st screenshot shows expected results: the recovery password (numerical, 48 digits) is shown. So what's the problem?
The powershell commands can, just as the error says, only be completed on an unlocked partition. Unlock it 1st and they will work.

that was with reference command from www.doc.microsoft.com where found it .More one ,
comment on this webpage, always met logging error after logged on , please help to where properly webserver to be re-mended ...,
