I can no longer push via local git deploy. When executing git push azure main. I receive the following; fatal: unable to access 'SITEGOESHERE': The requested URL returned error: 500.
The scm site is up and running and I didn't notice anything wrong in the logs. I restarted through portal but the issue persists.

Thanks for reaching here! If you are receiving "Unable to access '[siteURL]' this is due to the app isn't up and running If you are able to connect to scm site. Could you try starting the app in the Azure portal again, If issue remain suggest you respond privately.
Thanks for reaching out Sneha. I had already previously tried restarting the app service. However, it appears the issue is resolved after the weekend and doing a push again. Something must have been down on Friday, but I couldn't find anything documented about an outage at the time nor after the fact.
