How to recognize a hidden resource type

Regarding "Hidden Resources", we understand there is a "Show hidden types" view available in the Azure Portal to display them.
(Please see the attached image)
However, is it possible to know if these ancillary resources incur charges or not?
If only some "Hidden Resources" incur charges, it would be great to be able to further organize them when using Azure's "Cost Management" by tagging them.
If an expert could please share what methods are available to differentiate between hidden resources that incur cost or not, it is greatly appreciated.

I have reached out to Product team and are reviewing the list of hidden resources in the portal to ensure none of them can charge customers.
I will keep you posted as soon as I hear back from them.
