Good day.
The problem was disscused but i haven't find the solution.
I have SFB 2019 with last updates (Front End and Edge). I can connect (text, audio, video) from IOS, some android devices successful exept some mobile device for example xiaomi redmi 9s, samsung tab7.
testconnectivity.microsoft.com give absolutely no errors. we have wildcard certificate from Sectigo-->UserTrust RSA Certification Authority. We use Kerio Control as a proxy.
most clients work fine (ios , android, sfb for windows), but we have problem with just several android clients.
i suppose that the problem is with our wildcard certificate but have no idea how to resolve it.
can someone to advise?

Are there any error messages when sign in Skype for Business for Android?

if cname or other dns records were incorrect i think all other clients wouldn't connect to skype from internet.
the problem is in certificate or in ssl versions. tonight i'm goint to install ms wap based om windows server 2019 and try to publish skype using wap.
