they are unable to copy and paste wordings/data from our screen to their own screen or vice versa.
As far as I know, this is the by design behavior and currently there's no policy or options available in either the administrator side or end-users side to make it feasible.
With the above being, I'd recommend trying to copy the wordings/data from one screen and and paste them into the chat pane with each other in Teams, so that your vendors can then copy from the chat history and paste to their own side.
In addition, I found a similar feature request has been submitted via the dedicated feedback portal for Microsoft Teams. I've added my vote for it and I'll leave the link below so that you and others who see this thread can also vote or comment there:
