Unable to publish my bot on Azure from bot framework composer

Once the bot has been created, I am unable to publish it on azure portal

@Antonio Manganelli It looks like a publishing profile is not created in this case. Could you please try to create a new profile by clicking "Add new" this will take care of provisioning all the required resources to publish a bot to Azure, including the app service as indicated by the above error. If you wish to create new resources with a new profile the following resource types would be needed after you sign in to Azure while creating the profile.

@romungi-MSFT i'm having the same issue. when publishing from composer I'm getting provisioning errors. i've done all the steps eg. creating a resource group, etc but get the provisioning error:

Provision partially completed
Provisioning completed 1 items before encountering a problem. {"name":"CREATE_WEB_APP_ERROR","message":"Error - The subscription is not registered to use namespace 'Microsoft.Web'. See https://aka.ms/rps-not-found for how to register subscriptions.","stack":"Error\

I can manually register Microsoft.Web but wasn't sure what other resources need to be registered.

The table from this link provides mapping of services to resource providers. You will have to lookup the services from the above screenshot and add the corresponding resource providers for your subscription.
