microsoft authenticator app lost

Hello, I reset my phone settings. I forgot to unlock the protection, now I can not log into my account. I can’t receive SMS on my phone, because the operator is not working in the city due to the war. Is it possible to reset the protection?

Thanks for your post.

If you remove/reset your phone settings and then you got lost your MS app, you will need to use the backup codes instead.
