Problem with domain host

Hi,

We have a problem with a site we're managing (www.combiwearparts.com).
The site hasn't been active for a very long time, and just recently Combi Wear Parts wanted me to update their site. For everything to work I had to do a new install of Wordpress.
We don't have any account details except the login for the Wordpress site.

For the site to go live we need to point the domain to the new IP-adress, but I have no idea who handles the domain. I've been in contact with "Ascio", who referred me to "Loopia" who referred me to Microsoft Azure.

That's pretty much all info I've got, since the site is hasn't been actively managed for ages. I guess the only thing I really need to do is to be able to manage the account since we need to point the domain to the new IP when the site is live. But like I said, I'm stuck since no one knows who hosts the domain.

    According to the registrar info the domain is with Ascio, they should be able to help:

    Did they explain why you have to engage someone else?

    As you can see, according to Loopia and whois, the name servers are held by Azure
