Xliff version 2 is used by a lot of programs and has been around since 2014. It has many improvements over the 1.2 version. However, Azure Document Translator only seems to have support for version 1.2. Does anybody know if there are any plans to support version 2?
Moreover, I think the docs fail to mention this, which makes it a bit confusing since a lot of people will just try to use v2 directly.

I was aware of the link you sent. It states it supports xliff but it doesn't specify the standard version it supports. Therefore one thinks it means it supports all the versions available (or at least the most common: 1.2 and 2) when it actually doesn't

Is there any prevision of the approximate date when this will be available?

Same here, its been almost a year since this question was posted. If XLIFF 2.0 is not supported, is there a recommended work around ?
