Which are all the resource types Azure going to deprecation TLS1.1 and 1.0.
How can I find out my TLS version of each resources by any kind of scanning?

How can I find out my TLS version of each resources by any kind of scanning?

Can you please share the list of services you would like to know the TLS versions? Almost all services as specified above have different ways to see the TLS versions in Azure portal. Few Services such as Azure IotHub displays the TLS version on the overview section.

Azure Web app TLS version can be viewed under Settings -> TLS/SSL settings

For Storage accounts, please see Enforce a minimum required version of Transport Layer Security (TLS) for requests to a storage account
For Azure AD, Enable support for TLS 1.2 in your environment for Azure AD TLS 1.1 and 1.0 deprecation
