Hey Everyone
We have migrated around 80 users from skype for business to microsoft teams with voice and calling plan in Microsoft. For roughly 20 users we are getting the prompt the user is unavailable. But the weird part is it seems to be ringing teams but hanging up in less then a second.

We are using teams only mode

Has anyone experience this by any chance. The migration only happened yesterday afternoon so i am thinking it might just be a delay and everything will work soon. Just weird we used the same process for all the users and only 20 are having issues

thanks

    Hi @stavros mitchell !

Do you mean these 20 migrated users cannot make calls normally in Teams client after migration?

Does this issue is only for Teams -> Teams calls?

Can these users chat and join the meeting normally?

If you use the same process for all users, this may be a delay for some users and it need at least 24H to take effect. Before then, user presence status may also not be correct.
