office online was unable to find the specified certificate

I'm getting this error and I have the certificate with the friendly name as shown in the picture that matches the same name in the command in the powershell window. anything else I'm missing in order for it to find the certificate properly?

    hey ,

    in the consol MMC => certificates => personal

    Please check the friendly name in the certificate and provide that in the command.

    Go to the cert store ->personal -> right click on the certificate ->properties ->General
    You can see the friendly name. This s the certificate which you have imported it on OOS certificate.
    If it’s empty, provide a name, for instance “OOS cert” and type the same in the command.
