    Go to your Certification Home Portal:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

    Click on View Certificates under the Certificates Tab.

    You will be able to see all your Certificates there.

    If have any issues please go to the Additional Resources Tab and select the appropriate option.
