Missing DP-900 Certification on my dashboard

I am missing my DP-900 certification on my dashboard.
I originally took the exam using my work email address, and merged it with my personal account, and it never showed up.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
