I am new to Azure Machine Learning. I created a new workspace on Azure Machine Learning Studio and ran Compute Instance, but it keeps failing. I tried recreating the Compute Instances and Workspaces, but I keep getting the following error:
Provisioning error
{"error":{"code":"SubscriptionRegistrationIsNotFinished","message":"The subscription xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxx is being registered, please wait for its completion and retry later."}}
As the error message seems to indicate that there is an issue with my subscription, but when I look at my subscriptions, they look to be properly registered. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

@Lopez, Marissa Thanks for the question. Can you please share the Virtual Machine Size and Type that you are trying.
@Ramr-msft , thank you for your reply. The virtual machine type is CPU, and the the virtual machine size is standard_DS11_v2 (2 cores, 14 GB RAM, 28 GB disk). I have tried to change these settings in the Compute Instances, but I still get the same error.

I am experiencing the same issue. Region: West Europe, size STANDARD_D11_V2, maximum number of nodes: 2. I always get the following message:

@Lopez, Marissa Thanks for the details. Migration hotfix rolled out. Wait for some time, the subscription registration will finish and then you can retry.
