I purchased Windows Server Remote Desktop Services CAL from the microsoft store. When I go to the Install License Wizard an input the code I was emailed it says "The license code is not recognized. Ensure that you have entered the correct license code.
The best part is I cannot contact microsoft in anyway for support because I dont have an active contract. I literally purchased an $800 product that is not recognized by their own system, and I cannot get support without paying more. This is just insane.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
