Notifications for new user chats

Question

Whenever someone starts messaging me, I would like to receive a notification "new chat created", so that I can subscribe to that specific chat via https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions with resource="/chats/ID/messages".

Is it possible to be notified when someone starts a new chat? I tried subscribing to the resource /chats/getAllMessages?model=A but I don't have sufficient permissions, and I'd like to scope the subscription only to my chats, not the entire organization, something like resource = /me/chats.

Any suggestion?
