This sounds like a feature request for the sysinternals site and not something the user community on this forum can help you with.
If your main concern is having means to verify the integrity of the binary upon receipt, keep in mind that that the binary is digitally signed. If the binary is altered in any way it's digital signature is rendered invalid.
