Unable to create an azure virtual machine of any series in any region.

Hello,
So, I was trying to create a GPU spot instance on my Azure for Students subscription, unfortunately I couldn't get a vm apart from a vague unavailable for this sub message. No problem I thought, must be busy in this region. I then tried it on south central US, and here's where things started to seem off, it said my sub didn't have access to south central US.

Okay, that was weird, I tried in East US and it said the same thing, note: at this point, I gave up on a GPU instance I just wanted to try out any instance.
I then moved to West US 2, Oh good it seemed VMs were avaiable. I tried to create an instance from there, nope, it failed validation at the end.
Also note: I tried was trying with a non-spot vm.
I tried Australia, same thing with this message.

"The template deployment failed with error: 'The resource with id: '/subscriptions/"x"/resourceGroups/F1_group/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/F1' failed validation with message: 'The requested size for resource '/subscriptions/"x"/resourceGroups/F1_group/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/F1' is currently not available in location 'australiacentral' zones '' for subscription 'x' Please try another size or deploy to a different location or zones. See https://aka.ms/azureskunotavailable for details.'.'."

It seemed like I'd need to open support request for a quota increase, which is also unfortunately unavailable to Azure for Students Subscriptions.

So I tried combing through quite a large number of regions and the result was always one of the two above.

Thanks for any help you may provide

If you just want to try out something, why are you choosing such special machine types?

Ok, if you want to try GPU, I can understand but I don't think that it will be possible due to limited budgets on your Student subscription.
And F-types... you are running on a Student subscription (which is - at least in some parts - a sponsored subscription), that is limited in many areas... so you won't be able to deploy some special types of services/machines.

Have you tried to deploy a VM with a "normal" size? eg Standard D4 or A4, do you experience the same problems with those types?

    Hi!
Unfortunately, free subscriptions, including Azure Free Account and Azure for Students, are not eligible for limit or quota increases. If you have a free subscription, you can upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

You can try use 4 vCPUs or Less

One of the regions where you can create an Azure virtual machine using the F1 free tier is "EastUS".
