break time incorrect for text to speech

Hi,
Looks like I've reported the issue 7 months ago, but the issue hasn't been resolved.
I encountered the problem with Thai voice in the Audio Content Creation (speech.microsoft.com).

I created a simple test
ฉันคิดว่า<break time="100ms" />มันยาก

It seemed to break more than 100ms between words, while the voice in other languages works normally.

@i'm MariOhn Do you observe this with all voice available for Thai? I am not a native speaker so could not distinguish if the gap was longer.
However, I have tried using English with the same voice and the gap seems to be a bit shorter with one of the English-speaking voices.

Ex: When I try to use Achara from Thai voice to speak "Hello there" with a break of 100ms and Jenny from English US voice to do the same the gap seems shorter.

I am not sure if this is a bug or characteristics of the trained Thai models.
As a reference, do you have the previously reported issue?

Yes, this problem occurs with all thai voice, It seems that the gap is added by 1 second.
