We cannot deploy node js and azure cosmos db as mongo db api on web app

We are not able to deploy node js and azure cosmos db as web app service it throws error stating adderinfo i.r connection to mongo db string is not possible which fails to load on our server

Can you please help us in this i.e How to deploy node js and data coming from azure cosmos db together as web app service

No actually we did try deploying the same way but our node js web app stating status code:500 site could not load issue.
