Hi

We have setup the VM and migrated from our VMware VSphere Physical Server to Azure VM successfully. However we were placed on East Asia Servers located in HK. We are located in Singapore. The ping time is 36ms which is very high and now our Accounting software is lagging in Singapore as data is taking longer to respond to queries. Reports are not been able to generate too. We want to move to Singapore (SouthEast Asia) servers but however there is no provisioning and choices to choose. We were asked to send support request but the support package is $100 per month which is more than the cost of our server. We are now confused. Should we stay with Azure or move to another provider ?

@N-AGA Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. I understand that you are trying to move your azure virtual machines from East Asia region to Southeast Asia region. For this, you can use Azure Resource Mover. For more information on how to move , refer this document. Also, do check if the prerequisites are met by following this document.
