Why catch-up scan is not working (Antivirus policy)?

I have schedule quick daily scan for devices at 2 PM and the catch-up is turn on.(Set as Enabled) And the catch-up scan description is..If a computer is offline for two consecutive scheduled scans, a catch-up scan is started the next time someone logs on to the computer. So I did a test that my working laptop was shut down last weekend, it should be a catch-up scan is started on this Monday but there's no any scan record today. It means the catch-up function is not working. Do you know why and how to make it working?     To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

    1. Please make sure that the deployment status shows success in intune portal.
    2. Please check if the registry key "DisableCatchupQuickScan" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scan shows "0"

    @Lu Dai-MSFT Thanks for your concern.
    1."Disable Catchup Quick scan" is a one of parameters in the antivirus profile. Also there are other parameters on it and I configure them, like “Schedule Quick Scan Time”.
    I made a setting to enable device to scan automatically on the schedule time and it's working. So that means the deployment is success, besides on the Intune the profile deployment status is shown "Success" .
    2. Do you mean the value "0" on the registry key means device can catchup the quick scan? But after deploying profile, the value is change to "1" from "0".
    As I understand, Value"1"->Enable catchup scan, value"0"->Disable catchup.
