Compiling XAML to BAML file is happening in WPF application using MSBuild.
But trying the same in WinUI application I am not getting the BAML file in obj/Debug folder.
Is there any restriction/alternate way for WinUI application to create BAML file using MSBuild?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I did some tests, and looks like the MarkupCompilePass2 task only works for WPF project(though it is designed for WPF), as you can see, adding this <UseWPF>true</UseWPF> line into the .csproj file of WinUI3 project can make it work(generate the BAML file in .\obj\Debug\net6.0-windows10.X.XXXXX.X folder). I recommend you open a suggestion ticket on our Developer Community.

In WinUI3 project I am not able to add <UseWPF>true</UseWPF> line in .csproj file..
It already contains <UseWinUI>true</UseWinUI> line which is giving me error in all places.
As suggested will raise ticket in Developer Community. Thanks!
