Hi @Anonymous ,
1.For MS Access:
1)Find and Replace and an update query
Reference: Create and run an update query
Add records to a table by using an append query
2)A workaround idea: To export data from a specific table, select the table and right-click it. A menu will appear allowing you to export the contents of that particular table. Choose to import excel format, get external data after updating and re-import the result.
If you want to know more about Access bulk operations you could post corresponding case in the forum with the tag 'office-access-dev' for better help.
2.For SharePoint:
Perform related tasks in managed client objects: Create, Update, and Delete List Items
Create, Update, Delete a List Using Client Object Model (CSOM) SharePoint 2013

A Tip: Currently SharePoint2019 and SharePoint Online can directly perform bulk modification operations.
