decommision Lync server

We will decommision the old lync server and want to upgrade to Teams. Could you tell me how to complete it?

    Decommission legacy pools needs the following 7 steps:

    • Update DNS SRV records
    • Move the Lync Server 2010 Central Management Server to Lync Server
    • Move Conference Directories
    • Remove the Archiving server association
    • Remove the Monitoring server association
    • Remove the Enterprise Edition Front End Server or Standard Edition Front End Server
    • Remove SQL Server instances and databases on the Back End Server
