Getting error when use Directionmanager

Hi,

We are getting below issue when we try to add some addresses in direction manager and try to plot the route. Once this issue occurred then nothing works properly like pushpin and polygon floating on map and zoom in/zoom out not working.

Is anyone face such type of issue and have solution for it.
