Documentation of the possible sources for Text Analytics for health in Azure Cognitive Service for Language?

I'm running data through Text Analytics for healthcare and it's matching to over 120 data sources, some of them I recognize, but some I don't. I'm trying to find documentation to what standards these codes are referring to. Where would I find something like this?
