Video unavailable when loading from Azure Video Indexer API

If I try to load a video with a URL from the Azure media service, Video Indexer throws error and abruptly fails indexing with error message "Video Unavailable", this happens if I load it with the API or directly in videoindexer.ai
trace id provided by azure indexer is: Trial---9a5d514820---5483b705-9386-40d6-bd8e-68bd7efda554
any help is highly appreciated

2022-07-26T16:34:01.623+00:00 Hi @Itai Norman , yes, but when i use blob storage i get error {StatusCode: 400, ReasonPhrase: 'Bad Request'} and uploading videos from my device is not practical.
