2 MDM solution in a single device

Can we enroll a device(any platform) at the same time to 2 different MDM solutions ?
Suppose I enroll a device into Intune, will Intune allow the device to be enrolled to any 3rd party MDM solution without unenrolling the device from Intune.
I am specifically concerned about ManageEngine by Zoho as a 3rd Party provider.

    The answer here is platform specific, not specific to Intune (or any other MDM) in any way, and should ultimately be addressed to the vendor of each platform; e.g., Google for Android and Apple for iOS. To my knowledge, no platforms support more than a single MDM authority.

    Is there a scenario that you are trying to address by wanting to do this?
