Hi all,

I’m trying to diagnose a issue I am having with my Nvidia GTX 3080 on my Windows 11 device.

I recieve a code 43 in the driver details.

I can’t view my Nvidia Control Panel.

Also, I’ve tried a clean install of the nvidia software and a system restore which neither worked.

Here is a snippet of the event log which I’m trying to diagnose.

This is an interpretation of the displayed results:

There were problems with the driver attempting to start for the display driver.

Windows attempted to load the Intel TigerLake-H GT1 [UHD Graphics] for the Nvidia GA104M [GeForce RTX 3080 Mobile / Max-Q 8GB/16GB]

This was not possible so Windows used the default Microsoft display driver.

0xC0000719 = The provided context did not match the target

0xC01E0438 = The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the posted display driver

There were no dump files collected.

The logs reported multiple unexpected shutdowns and restarts.

There was a startup repair due to corruption.

There was a BSOD with bugcheck 9F.

There was a BSOD with failure to create a dump file.
