Trouble connecting to SCIM endpoint from Azure AD for SCIMReferenceCode

Hi everyone

I am learning SCIM and I wanted to try a few things out locally so I can better understand the concepts. I downloaded the SCIM reference code available here https://github.com/AzureAD/SCIMReferenceCode and I was able to get it running locally and test using the Postman collection found here https://github.com/AzureAD/SCIMReferenceCode/wiki

When I attempt to provision an enterprise application I created in Azure I keep getting failures when I click "Test Connection"

I have the Tenant Url set to what the SCIM reference code is running locally on my machine and the "Secret Token" is retrieved from https://localhost:5001/scim/Token from the Postman collection.

This is the error I keep getting228797-2.png

Could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong here please?

Thank you

    Hello @Sanny Gomes ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

As of recently, the only acceptable TLS protocol versions are TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 for SCIM solutions. No other versions of TLS are permitted. Please confirm whether the SCIM solution is compliance with TLS Protocol standard per this guidance. I have seen the error from your screenshot thrown when TLS was not up-to-date.

It looks like someone has also answered your post on Stack Overflow, so I would recommend checking the solution there as well.

If you are still facing this issue after trying these solutions, I would be happy to continue troubleshooting over email

    Hope this helps!
