.dll file that works with Windows 10 but does not work with Windows IoT core device (FileNotFoundException)

I'm trying to create a program that communicates with Keyence sensors. The program I created works fine on Windows10 computers, but it does not work on Windows10 IoT core computers (HMI). As seen in the photo, the program generates an error with FileNotFoundException while using the .dll file.
*.dll file is attached as a reference in my project.
