Windows Server Update KB5015874 PRTG SNMP Data Error

After updating some of Windows Server 2012 and 2016 i faced against a monitoring problem from Paessler PRTG network monitoring tool. After manual investigations and rollbacks on updates we detect the problem from KB5015874 Security Update. Our monitoring server is not able to fetch data from probed machines anymore because of this security update. Did someone faced this problem? Solution is urgent.
