Does Microsoft still have a deal going for code signing certificates?

Many years ago, Microsoft had made arrangements with Symantec to sell code signing certificates to developers for $99 a year, as opposed to the $399 a year that Symantec would normally charge. Symantec seems to have messed up somehow, and has now been bought out by Digicert, and all of the providers that are listed in the WDK seem to be hitting the $400-$500 per year price point. Does Microsoft still have some deal going where developers can get code signing certificates without going bankrupt?
