Azure AD SAML integration with my Java authentication app

Hi! I want to write authentication in my java app using Microsoft Azure AD SAML. I don't use Spring/Spring Boot and all of your examples have been based on having such framework (i.e. Spring Security) in your application and I'm a little lost as to what libraries to use and how does the app even manages to interact with Azure. Could u share with me some practices for making this work? Thanks for helping!
