Linux Users don't receive team messages

Hello,
We have a user who is using Linux Operating system.
They are experiencing issues with teams where the messages are not being received on the Linux operating system unless they use teams on windows.
This doesn't happen all the time, but most of time. This means that they often don't receive messages or see them too late.
The users on Linux are using Teams web clients and cant receive messages sent to them unless they switch to windows operating system.

What is your version of client in Teams for Linux?
Does this issue only happened in other users?
To solve it, we firstly recommend you try to run the following command to clear Teams client cache file:
rm -r ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft\ Teams

I have the problem with below:
o web client in Google Chrome Version 104.0.5112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)
o web client in Firefox 91.13.0esr (64-bit)We are all running on Linux jdb-laptop 5.10.0-17-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.136-1 (2022-08-13) x86_64 GNU/Linux
But i try the following command to clear the teams client cache file.

What is you linux OS system? Ubuntu or CentOS? Maybe we could test in our environment to see if it can be reproduced.

Most of them are working on Debian or Ubuntu, but Debian is Ubuntu based.
