Email notification 1 week before target date in Azure DevOps

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our customers would like to receive a reminder email 1 week before target date and I want to know if it is possible in Azure DevOps?

I checked notification in Azure but it was not possible.

I know it is possible to do it by power automate but I prefer using Azure DevOps.

I appreciate your effort in advance.

Thanks for the question. Yes, you can set up notifications in Azure DevOps.

There are four types of notifications that you can manage in Azure DevOps: Personal notifications, Team notification, Project notifications, Global notifications.

To manage notifications, you must be an administrator at the level you want to manage them. If you're not an administrator, get added as one. Read this doc to learn how to get added a team administrator.
