How to access Intune data warehouse(odata feed) from Azure data factory

Hi Team,

I wanted to access intune DW(Odata feed) from azure data factory but not able to connect and get the data for processing. followed the MS document but no luck below are the details:

Service Url:https://FEF.XXX.manage.microsoft.com/ReportingService/DataWarehouseFEService?api-version=v1.0
AAD resource : https://api.manage.microsoft.com/
Tenant ID : Tenant ID
Service ID: APP ID
Service Key: App secret

ERROR Message for Test Connection:

Failed to create odata connection to RequestUrl.
Failed to get metadata of odata service, please check if service url and credential is correct and your application has permission to the resource. Expected status code: 200, actual status code: ServiceUnavailable, response is : <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN""http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

As per my understanding you are trying to create a connection to Intune server using ADF OData connector and facing the above error message, please correct me if I'm not accurate.

By looking at the error message, it could be something wrong with linked service configuration. To confirm if it's a configuration issue, could you please confirm if you are able to do a successful test using POSTMAN? Could you please try and let us know how it goes? If it works with POSTMAN but fails with ADF then it may require deeper analysis.

Also, I would recommend giving a try with REST connector and see how it goes?

Yes through POSTMAN we were able to get the details, only in Azure Data factory we are facing this error.
below are settings in postman

Authorization settings:
Type: Oauth 2.0
Add auth data to: Request Headers
Header Prefix: Bearer
Access Token URL: https://login.windows.net/{TenantID}/oauth2/token
ex: https://login.windows.net/11111111-2222-3333-4444-555555555555/oauth2/token
Client ID: <paste from portal>
Client Secret: <paste from portal>
Client Authentication: Send as Basic Auth Header
Advanced Options\Request: https://api.manage.microsoft.com/

In the portal set the Web callback URI = https://oauth.pstmn.io/v1/browser-callback

Thanks for response. Since you are able to get the response using POSTMAN and it is only failing in ADF, then I suspect something wrong with the connector.
As it requires a deeper investigation, we recommend filing a support ticket and do share the SR# with us here. In case if you don't have a support plan, please let me know here.

HI Kranthi,

I have already raised the support ticket with Microsoft and waiting for response almost 2 months now for this issue. but yet to find a solution. As you said above tried with rest connector but there also its failing with 401 error. Can you able to help me here with any other suggestions?
