MDT network install OS without unlocking PC bitlocker

Dear Experts,

We have some laptops that have Bitlocker enabled.

Is it possible to use MDT to reinstall the OS (Win10 or Win11) without having to manually disable Bitlocker?

    Hello there,

    You should always suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on any drive when making significant changes to your computer such as upgrading or modifying your operating system. Not doing so can result in an operable computer.

    Hi,

    How do you install the OS, formatting the full disk or just wiping C drive to keep the data on D/E driver? If you would like to format the full OS, we do not need to disable Bitlocker during this process.
