Welcome to the MS Q&A forum.
Conditional access overview metrics may not be consistent/accurate due to the feature is being a preview. I am also seeing the discrepancies there. I am going to contact the dev team internally to find if we have any official information to share with you regarding the ETA.

Could you please confirm if you are still seeing the same discrepancies on the Conditional Access | Overview (Preview) page? Issue what you reported was addresses and should be resolved.
