Phone Replaced - No Access for MFA - Locked out of Azure Portal

I recently replaced my mobile device and transferred the Authenticator accounts. I did not realize there were additional steps for adding the organizational QR code.

I have a small development Azure account and I am the only user. I previously had a break glass account that was removed.

Since I cannot access the portal, I can’t create a support ticket. Please let me know how I can regain access. I setup a phone number with my account, but in the authentication for MFA, the option for auth by phone is not there.

You can try select other autentication Way by sending verification code. I asume you are unistalled the App and reinstaled again step by step.
