I have a problem to log in through my hotmail account (******@hotmail.com).

Once I sing in through my e-mail domain with its password, I received this message. ((Help us secure your account

We have detected unusual activity on your Microsoft account ******@hotmail.com,

or believe your credentials are at risk.

For your security and to ensure only you have access to your account,

we will ask you to verify your identity and change your password)).

I tried to send the verification code to my mobile number but I did not get any message in my mobile.

I think the root of this problem because I used my e-mail with multiple devices such as: my iphone, laptops and PCs.

please sir, your help is appreciated.

Best Regards,

Bassam

Hi Bassam! This is Raech. I'm very sorry to hear about what happened.

In order to unblock your account, you will need to reset your password. However, if you cannot provide a security code the only alternative is to go through the Account Recovery form below.

    https://account.live.com/acsr

You’ll be asked for info, like the subject lines of email you recently sent from your account, your birthdate, credit card info, and other details only you would know. You don't have to know every answer, and it's ok to be close if you don't know the exact answer.

This form should help validate your identity and account ownership. Fill in as much information as you can. This process may take up to 24 hours.
