Unity Gateway is a single control plane for model inference, tools, and skills across your AI applications and coding agents. It helps you manage costs, enforce consistent security, and give teams access to AI. Use Unity Gateway to:
- Access model inference: Choose from frontier proprietary and open-weight models hosted by Databricks, or bring your existing capacity from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and Azure Foundry.
- Optimize AI costs and performance: Automatically route requests to the best-fit model and harness for cost, speed, and quality. Track usage and spending, set budgets and spend limits, and give developers visibility into their AI costs.
- Secure AI access: Centrally manage access to models, agents, MCP servers, and tools with identity-aware policies and permissions. Protect sensitive data with PII masking and maintain audit logs of AI activity.
