Create a basic API.

Required Parameters
Unique name of the api to be created.
API revision identifier. Must be unique in the current API Management service instance. Non-current revision has ;rev=n as a suffix where n is the revision number.
Display name of the API to be created.
Path to the API.
Name of resource group. You can configure the default group using az configure --defaults group=<name>
.
The name of the API Management service instance.
Optional Parameters
The type of the API.
Specifies the OAuth operations scope.
Specifies the OAuth authorization server ID.
Specifies the sending methods for bearer token.

Required Parameters
Required. Relative URL uniquely identifying this API and all of its resource paths within the API Management service instance.
