A class representing a collection of NetworkTapRuleResource and their operations. Each NetworkTapRuleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a NetworkTapRuleCollection instance call the GetNetworkTapRules method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
