Gets an object representing a DeletedAccountResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, AzureLocation, String) to create a DeletedAccountResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetDeletedAccountResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
