OleDbProviderSettings.DynamicParameters Property

Gets or sets the Boolean property value that specifies whether the provider allows '?' parameter marker syntax for parameterized queries.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
A Boolean value that specifies whether SQL Server allows parameterized queries with the OLE DB provider.If True, parameterized queries are allowed.If False (default), parameterized queries are not allowed.

Remarks

Setting this option allows SQL Server to execute parameterized queries against the OLE DB provider. The ability to execute parameterized queries against the OLE DB provider can yield better performance for certain queries.
