Because you sell products to customers in your Shopify online stores, it's important that you sync customer data between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify.
You can sync both consumers as business customers between Business Central and Shopify. Consumers are referred to as D2C (Direct to Consumer). Business customers are referred to as B2B (Business to Business).
Depending on the situation, you can export customers from Business Central to Shopify first, or you can start by importing customers from Shopify in bulk. When you sell to customers in multiple regions, you might need to consider different VAT/Tax settings, which you can achieve by using customer templates.
